The Pines at Ocean Park, LP and Pinewood Manor, Inc./Oceanview Manor Inc. Board of Directors and management staff welcome you to The Pines Senior Communities. For almost fifty years we have provided a wonderful living environment at an affordable cost. The vision of The Pines is as follows:

- explore funding opportunities for growth
- enhance relationships with the greater community
The House Rules Manual is presented as a well-planned orientation to the rules and regulations that support our residents in living together in a spirit of consideration and cooperation. We encourage you to make any suggestions necessary and helpful towards the improvement of the “quality of life” in our communities.
